Hide Your IP address for online shopping

When you go shopping IRL, do you let people make records of what you shop for? Do you ever fill out any forms telling the shop your home address, you telephone number, and what you bough last time in the store? Most likely not. But that’s what happens when you go shopping on the internet. Things like cookies and other IP tracking tools can be used to find out where you are, what you like to shop for, and give you an online shopping profile. You may need to hide your IP address to prevent this kind of invasive activity. Then again, some people don’t mind, and would rather give up some personal liberties to save five bucks a month. I’m not that kind of person though!
